We provide FREE next-day delivery across Mainland UK — no minimum spend required.

Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

• Orders placed before Friday midday are shipped the same day.

• Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

• Delivery is usually next working day after dispatch.

• Please note: orders dispatched on Friday may arrive the following Monday.

Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number.

• You can track your parcel directly on the FedEx website.

Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

• PawPure is not liable for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, redelivery costs will be charged to the customer.
