Order changes & cancellations
We pack and dispatch orders quickly. If you need to cancel, email us straight away and we’ll try to stop fulfillment. If the order has already shipped, please follow the returns process below.

Change of mind
You may return unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened bags of litter cannot be accepted unless faulty. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty. Refunds include the product price; original upgraded postage is not refunded.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund and cover return shipping where appropriate.

Missed deliveries / returns to sender
If a parcel is returned to us, we can either reship (you pay postage) or refund the order value minus original shipping once the parcel is received.

Refunds
We refund to the original payment method within 2 working days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may need a few extra working days to show the funds.

How to return

  1. Email info@paw-pure.com with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll confirm the return address or send a returns label if applicable.

  3. Pack items securely and include your order number.

PawPure may update this policy; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
